1. General Provisions

  • - The Footrise application (“Application”) is owned by Paweł Skowroński – SkowronskiDev.
  • - These Terms & Conditions define the rules of using the Application.

2. Application Purpose

  • - The Application is an entertainment platform that lets users predict match results to earn virtual points.
  • - The Application does not use real money and does not allow any wagering of monetary value.
  • - Points are for leaderboard ranking only and have no monetary value.

3. Use of the Application

  • - Using the Application requires creating a user account.
  • - Registration can be completed either:
    • - by providing an email address and password, or
    • - via external login with a Google or Facebook account (optional).
  • Users must use the Application in accordance with applicable laws and good practices.
  • The Administrator may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Liability

  • - The Administrator strives to ensure proper operation but does not guarantee full availability or absence of errors.
  • - The Administrator is not liable for interruptions caused by technical or external reasons.

5. Final Provisions

  • - These Terms are available in Polish and English.
  • - The Administrator may amend these Terms; users will be notified in the Application.
